TERRIBLE SERVICE, CANNOT CANCEL TELESALES

A telesales lady from Elite Mobile called me for an upgrade on 1 November and I accepted on the grounds that certain features were available on the phone she advised. When I checked, I saw that it is not so. I emailed on 2 November to cancel and I called numerous times, also spoke to Simioen Govender and also did not accept the phone when Elite Mobile still went ahead and sent it anyway. I have been promised numerous times that within 72 hours it will be sorted. To NO AVAIL. They have hijacked my account so that I cannot upgrade due to their 'Sale" not being removed from my number. Spoke to Maria this morning, again I have to wait another 72 hours as 'VODACOM HAS A BACKLOG'. According to Vodacom that is not the case and they cannot assist me until Elite Mobile has cancelled. I WILL NEVER USE ELITE MOBILE AGAIN.
