Not getting what you pay fo

I have complained numerous times on telkom webpage, and trying to call them is impossible.

I am paying or a 4Mps DSL line, but the quickest (on a good day) is approximately 3 Mps.

Today my download speed is 0.08 Mps, when i try and log a call, it tells me i have an outstanding fault on the system (yes, it is very OUTSTANDING, as it was logged over 2 months ago without them fixing it. The fault code is 1068CRK081013.

To make matters worse, according to the Telkom site, my area can handle 10 Mps
