NO DELIVERY AT ALL

Elite mobile called me for a contract with Voda com, which i accepted on the 02/12/2013, which my new cell was to be delivered to me in 7 day, which today i still did not receive 24/12/2013, and there was no feedback or response from them no following up nothing, not letting us know about the delay, i had to follow up 3 times just to find out what the delay was, this is unexceptionable which no client must except, we are paying for this, but they are quickly to call if you to make a buck or two. i am very disappointed because this was going to be gifts for my children, i would advise other client please do not use Elite Mobile at all, just like Voda com is the same bad services, delete them!!!
