I have report a "a no service" on my Telkom line. After a week went by, the fault report was handed over to a technition, Chris Steenkamp. He check everything and find a broken wire. After fixing it, he ALSO check the speed of my ADSL internet and find it very slow. He then fix this problem as well. This is the second time that Chris attend to a fault reported by me. With the previous incident, he also went out of his way to solve my problem. Chris is a star.
