OVER 2 MONTHS WITH A FAULTY ADSL LINE IS ENOUGH!!!

I'musing a 3G card to get online to report this problem I've had for over 2 months & reported here before. It doesn't seem to help but there is nothing else I can do. If I don't succeed this time I am going to write to East Coast Radio & Carte Blanche & see if they have any suggestions. I have had an intermittent, faulty ADSL line for over 8 weeks which makes it impossible to do my work & as a result I am now impossibly behind. I have reported the fault so many times I've had to buy a book to keep a record of all the fault numbers & details.
Telkom have responded each time, after some days, saying the fault is resolved, but it never is. Within 48 hours our line drop dozens of times a day again & rebooting our router (which we have had checked & works perfectly). Each time the delay is 5 minutes so I waste hours of my time daily. If we do get internet our high speed 4 meg line is often so slow a page won't load. We have had 4 technicians visit our premises, each with a different spin on what the problem could be, and each trying to help but not succeeding. We need a supervisor to check the entire line from our home to the exchange & solve this problem ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!
