Dear Vodacom.

the way you conduct business leaves me feeling cheated. The November's and December's 2012 statements are wrong. You have charged me incorrectly for addtional data usage and have made a cool extra R2600 over this period in question. I dont know how many other customer's have been?
You cannot admit when you are wrong and i am now forced to pursue this all the way to the courtroom
in my quest to SEEK JUSTICE. Its so easy to just bill me and not accept that i have proven that there may be some technical Gliche. Your data department cannot tell me how this extra data usage was comprized. I have 10 years of history with you and this is the first time that i have actually contested an invoice. check your records. You have caused damage to this relationship, not me.

i cannot deal with your call centre staff, i need a little more personalized attention to deal with this matter, is there someone that can come out to see me or is there someone that i can meet privately to handle this?

if i leave, i leave for good.this is a guarantee.
