UNEXPLAINABLE DATA USAGE

I have a MyGig 2 deal from Vodacom which was originally being used for small amounts of data at home. I then started using it for work purposes and as such the data usage went up dramatically. My data account has gone from R0.00 additional charges to approximately R800 - R1800 from November 2012 to May 2013 which was understandable due to the large amounts of data that was being used. This has then escilated drastically from June onwards to R2000.00 to my present bill sitting on almost R7000.00 for this months usage even though I still have data available on my 2 gig contract and my account was frozen due to non payment of the previous months account. This is unexplainable and I cannot get anyone from your call centers to explain the huge increase. I have requested itimised billing as well as my statements to be sent to me electronically and have received neither.
