Dear Vodacom: I am posting this in the hope of helping your complaints department resolve my complaint. It is now 3 working days later and I am still waiting for my promised data usage explanation - Service does not seem to be high on your priority list. Here is what I would like to know 1. What was my available data on the 01/12/2013, 2. When did I use up this data, 3. How much data in total did I exceed and over what period - hopefully this time around someone who actually knows the answer to the above will contact me, and not leave me waiting another 3 days with no feedback. Surely this is not rocket science, you sent me a bill, I would like to know why, is this not a daily thing you deal with? Please can you ensure that someone with the necessary skill and knowledge contacts me - my patience is wearing thin on this subject. The level of service thus far is shocking - I expected more, especially from a department that is suppose to handle media complaints.
