Cell Phone Damaged During Repai

We booked our Samsung S4 Mini in for a crackling speaker on the 10th November 2013. We were advised that it will be sent away and that it takes approximately 21 days for the phone to be returned. We were advised that our handset has been returned to the store and is ready for collection. We collected on the 25th November 2013. On collection we had to re-book the handset in for repair as it had terrible indents on the outer housing of the handset. We know there was a scratch on the screen but there was no other physical damage. The QC Checklist was given to us and under phone condition nothing was ticked. We were told "they take photos of all the phones that get booked in" A week and a half later on the 4th December we only received notification that the handset has been received at the repair center. Ref # CLC991423. We have now been without a phone 2 days short of a month due to the negligence of the Cell C repair center and would appreciate urgent attendance to our concerns.
