I was somewhat dejected after the response to my Hello Peter complaint re the above in early December. I was given the normal blurb about the matter being escalated plus an escalation number, but no further communication was received. Being a rather tenacious person I followed up with the call centre and luckily got Melinda Seemisa on the line. This wonderful lady organised the whole move of my Dad's land line while I was on the phone and when I stupidly cut us off she finished up and sent me an email confirming the date that the transfer would be effected - AND IT WAS!!!

I also spoke to a very patient Sonia in the sales department a few days later who set up Block Call Plus on my Dad's line and explained numerous times how to use it as I took a while to "get it". This has put Dad's mind completely at rest as nobody in the Care Centre is able to use his phone without permission.

The escalation department didn't seem to do anything but thanks to these two wonderful ladies we are now totally sorted! Thank you ladies you really went the extra mile for us!
