Everybody is incompitent!!!

For 3 months Mtn has been billing me for B.I.S when it should have been cancelled, they eventually cancelled it after going in the Cresta johanessburg store twice!!! the lady said i will be refunded this was in July this year everytime i call the call centre everybody tells me someone logged the incorrect request for the refund!!! so since July i have been phoning and i get the same story from everyone i get hold of!!! everybody is incompitent and doesnt know what the they doing at MTN because management is just as useless we are now in december and i am still waiting!!! I am FED UP with MTN i will NEVER recommend anybody to use their network they always give endless problems this is not my first complaint and i have HAD IT WITH THEM!!! i have all the peoples names and surnames i spoke to and i am taking this matter further!!! as far as i am concerned all of them shoukd be FIRED coz i dont see how nobody knows what the THEY DOING!!!
