One Plan just debited for a cancelled policy

I requested my policy to be cancelled on the 18 Jun 2013. I email, I phoned and I sent a request on their website. Eventually on July 5th after trying very hard to reach this company, they responded with case no CAS-170381-B1J6X9 saying they will do their best to resolve the query. On july 5th they assigned Thando Qobose to my case, then on July 6th they assigned Samuel Naidoo. On July 6th they emailed me saying my request to cancel my policy was fulfilled. But today 26 July, they deducted R399 from my bank account and R504 from my pay slip. I want my money back because this policy was cancelled, I want my money immediately. These people are taking peoples money for their gain, then you cant get hold of them.
