Debit order and refund still not sorted!

I complained to Hallo Peter on 9 Jul7 2013 about a debit order that was still deducted 7 months after cancellation, despite correct procedures and numerous e-mails to request a cancellation. I received a call on 10 July confirming that I will be refunded and that the matter will be urgently addressed.
I sent a request for an update on 10 July and received an e-mail confirming that it would take another 5-10 working days. I asked for urgent attention and contact details of Billing Team as it has already taken 7 months!! Why should I wait another 10 days?? It is now 9 days since my complaint without any refund or confirmation that my debit odrder was cancelled! I am also still waiting for a reply to my 5 emails that was sent since 11 July 2013!!
