Endless problems with Altech

We have had endless problems with Altech autopage, last year 2013 we signed a contract for a laptop with data package which never worked, we had reception problems and only cancelled 8 mnths after we logged a complaint. then this year i had My music jus activated without my knowlegde from 24/1/13 - 19/09/13 . that eventually got sorted, now i asked for my contract which expired on the 9th dec 2013 to be converted to pre-paid but has since not been done.
i will NOT PAY ANOTHER PREMIUM as to my knowledge it has been cancelled.
