Paid account and still suspended

I'm logging on behalf my mother. She got an sms her Telkom line will be suspended unless she pay the amount of R240... for crying out loud she had this line for years hardly use it paying every month forgot to pay this one month... so she responded to the sms and contacted them and made the payment the same day "Friday" the Monday line was cut off its been almost a month now trying to get the line back on and even got the invoice for the next month regardless LINE IS OFF. She tried several times to contact customer service and they keep giving her a number that does not get answered. This is the service a loyal customer get!!!

She simply stated GET IT SORTED OR CANCEL she don't even need the line only got it due to bad mobile signal but always ends up using mobile instead
