Hi my account for my 3G data account has jumped from R119 a month to more than R1923. I have emailed MTN no response. So I waited for an hour to see a consultant at MTN Greenstone who phoned someone and I received a reference nr. 106807754 as I asked for an itemised bill urgently.the money has already been deducted off my account. I have emailed, phoned and visited a branch what more should I do? My cell phone data nr 0731472101
