INCORRECT BILLING AGAIN!!!

I phoned and emailed Cell C beginning July. There is data that I am being billed for that is included in my contract. I got the information on their own website where I registered to view my account. So IT IS CELL C's own information.

I receive 1GB of data per month included in my account. I used 707MB. I got billed R400 for that data even though I did not use my whole 1GB. Still after all this phoning and talking to inempt employees they deducted the amount from my account. There have now been a massive up every month since I joined Cell C. Refund me and inform me as the steps that is available to me to cancel my contract with Cell C. They are clearly in a whole other league of doing business.
