COMPLETE AND UTTER INCOMPETENCE

I activated roaming on my phone for an out of country trip.while away my roaming would not work And i was forced to use my 3G data to communicate.this ran up a bill that I got on my return at 7am of R408 and my phone was now blocked as I had reached my limit. I phoned cell c and they said they could not deactivate the roaming until the block was lifted and I would have to pay half my bill for them to unblock my phone, which I promptly did and emailed proof of payment.that afternoon my bill suddenly increased to R513 which cell c could not explain, they sent off a query, no response as yet.the next day I re-emailed proof of payment as no one had received it yet.2 days later still no response and my phone was still blocked. I phoned again, they acknowledged my continuous calls and said they would unblock it immediately. I am still waiting a) to be unblocked and b) for an explanation as to why my bill increased when my phone was blocked and I couldn't actually use it?? and on top of all of this the ONLY call I RECEIVED from Cell C was an offer to take out another contract that allowed me to spend more money!! Unfortunately this is not my first DISGUSTING experience with Cell C customer care.
