Hi,

I applied for 3g data contract with cell c over the phone in june, the contract was for a data stick 2gig data per month for R119.00. The first debit order was for R499.00 of which I called cell c and queried and I was promised that my account will be corrected and I will receive a credit on my account. I was surprised when cell c debited my account again will R299.00 the next month.

I then called again to queries this from that point onwards I have been transferred from pillar to post. when I check now for the current month I see my bill is now R197.20 which is due this month end. so for a contract of R119.00 per month I have now paid R798.00 in two months and will be paying an additional R197.20 this months. I have called Cell C over 3 times now with call lasting over an hour each. Here are my call reference numbers (1309010000178576, 3090201267, 3082000323) every time I am promised that someone will contact me within 48 hours and it never happened.

I have even requested to cancel my contract but they are refusing. The customer service department is so incompetent I regret ever involving myself with cell c. All I want is my money back
