Vodacom's Terrible and Slow Service

We lodged a request on 26 Nov 2013 for copies of corporate contracts and the cancellation of these contracts due to the detection of activity. We received a standard e-mail stating that our request would be handled within 24 hours. When we followed up on 28 Nov we were told that our request would be dealt with within 24 working hours, which contradicts what we were told before.

After following up on 2 Dec, we were told that we would receive feedback the next day (3 Dec). We received the same response when we followed up on the 3rd. When we stated that 24 working hours had already passed, we were informed that they were overloaded and we would receive a response on 4 Dec.

On 4 Dec, we were informed for the 1st time that the request for copies of contracts would take an additional 14 working days. The request for cancellation is also still pending. We were unable to get a definitive answer as to when either of our requests will be finalised.

When we sent a letter of complaint to the customer service dept about the bad service of the corporate dept, we were told to complain to the corporate dept itself which got us nowhere.

Suffice it to say, we are very unsatisfied
