No feedback from Cancelling contract

I sent a mail on 30/09/2013 to Virgin active regarding cancellation of 2 contracts. Witihin an hour I got response what the fee will be to cancel the contract. On 01/10/2013 I sent all my details to Inshaaf to cancel the 2 contracts I have; no response. Yesterday 02/10/2013 I phoned the call centre and spoke to Elfia who did my request for the cancellation of the 2 contracts. She processed the application and told me that the 30% cancellation fee for the 2 contracts will be deducted from my accountn within 24 hours. She stated that she cancelled the policy for 31 October 2013 and confirmed that no membership fee will be deducted at month end. I asked her to kindly send me a mail confirming the above and the contracts have been cancelled; no mail received as yet. This morning 03/10/2013 I sent another mail to that I'm still awaiting confirmation of the above. I'm not getting the feedback. I need these contracts to be cancelled asap please and need confirmation in writing. You can't state within 24 hours if this is not going to be done
