Portal Password Reset... 3weeks and still nothing??

I would like to be contacted by one of the management staff. I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Gugu Sangweni, and i'm now thoroughly fed up, I have begged and pleaded for someone to reset the password on your portal site, written various letters (as it's a business account) and yet 3 weeks later it still hasn't been done. I've phoned the business call centre again on Tuesday (19 November), where I was pushed from the Data Dept to the Corporate Dept to the Business Dept and then back to the data dept, who put me back through to the corporate dept, after 1hr 15mins of literally just being transferred the minute I explained the problem, I was told that they could see the request on the system, and it was due to be finished on that day (19th) and there was nothing further they could do, we're now two days later, and still nothing. I have again emailed Gugu requesting what is going on, and been met with another service request will be logged which will take how long? I have also got 3 emails whereby I requested to speak to Gugu's manager, of which she has entirely ignored this. I have now had enough, 3 weeks for a password reset is just unacceptable.
