Judgement issued because attorney wouldn't listen

I received a call from the vodacom attorneys for an overdue account. i am well aware of this account even if it does not reflect on my credit record.
i have just started a new job and cant start payments on this account at the moment as i am still trying to figure out my budget so i can assign funds to paying off my debts. i informed the lady who is Elsie of this and she demanded that i make arrangements to start paying.
i informed her again that i am not able to do this at the moment and that if she would please call me at the end of January we could make arrangements and i would pay off the account. again she refused to listen to what i had to say and so i hung up refusing to deal with stupidity.
not 5 minutes later did i receive a text to inform me that a judgment has now been placed on my name.

i am not running away from my debt. it will be paid, when i can afford to. this is unacceptable and a violation of my rights!!!
