The first time I contacted your call center, I was informed that our request would take 8 hours or 1 working day by the call center.
I then phoned on Monday and was told 3 days is the turn around time, they then transferred me to Nicole who told me you did not receive any request from the hospital.
I then phoned the hospital case worker who forward me a copy of that she send to Discovery. Nicole also gave me an e-mail address to which I could also forward the request.
I Left it till Wednesday and phoned again and was told to wait again because 5days is the turn around time,
After requesting to speak to a manager, I was transferred to Nicole again, she was the person who told me 5days at first.
I then told her this was unacceptable and she apparently then phoned the review panel which told her it was declined. Why did you pass the buck the whole time, Rather tell me why I was told 8 hours and on phoning on Monday, why was I was told at first you did not receive the request and why was I told 5 days on Wednesday before I was given a answer?
from the day the request was put in till the time i got feedback was 5days, if i had to way 2 ekstra days it would have been a week!!
