Please refer to s3-t629y-ymjs. What is the update on this request. Also why is my data line constantly on soft lock since 01st Dec 2013. I have spoken to numerous people and getting no joy. Now I am told my bill is R900 odd but I have a limit of R100. I am losing my patience as i am paying for a service that I cannot use and you are my money. I shall be cancelling my debit order and taking this to the telecommunications ombudsman.
