2 WEEKS LATER AND PROBLEM STILL NOT FIXED!!!

I complained on Hello Peter and they called me to assist - Problem still not fixed and it is impossible to get hold of the person who helped me in the first place. When I call into the call centre - they tell me that all they can do is log a complaint and someone will call me in 24 hours. They have logged 3 call backs and surprise surprise no one has called me? I have also emailed the [Email Removed] 3 times and no one has bothered to respond. On Vodacom's system it says that I am on a Smart S package but when I go to do a balance check it tells me that I have airtime, not minutes!!! The call centre tell me that they are not sure why it is like that? THAT IS THE RESPONSE I GET! Well I'm not sure either!!! I need a competent person to contact me and help me fix this! I will contact consumer protection if this is not solved by close of business today...
