Worst service ever from Vodacom

I logged a complaint here last week about a loan phone received from vodacom. The day after I logged it someone by the name of Alex phoned me, at that time I was in a meeting he didnt call back again or left any contact details so that I can get a hold of him. I called the help line and spoke to an assistant manager who promised a follow up call and to look in to this. Well have not heard about him or Alex until now. So I phoned again and spoke to an agent in the call centre and apparently there was no managers in the call centre, no suprise there. Rudzani called me back and said he will try and get me a different loan phone so that I can have some of the functions in the meantime. Why did I even bother to get my hopes up? Needless to say, I am still waiting. I called 111 just now and guess what, there are no managers in the call centre and the person I spoke to was unable and unwilling to assist me. His name is Vhonani. I can not do business with a company like this. I will also move my business from Vodacom as soon as possible and I will advice everyone I meet not to use their services.
