Wrong contract

I renewed my contract with Vodacom and opted for the Red Advantage. Well of course Vodacom did't do what was asked and instead extended my old package. I called the contact centre who said they could not help but would have someone call me back to sort out the problem. That was two weeks ago. This is my second complaint on this contract renewal. My business has been with Vodacom for over 10 years - do you think Vodacom can get the simple things right?
