Despicable disgraceful shameful appalling service

A while ago, I ported my contract from Vodacom to Cell C (That in itself took weeks to accomplish).
Since then, noone from MTN network can call me!! I call the branch to log the call three days later still not solved. I call customer service today.
Call 1: Very helpful guy tells me he found and fixed he problem. He hadn't.
Call 2: Seemingly helpful lady tells me that I should hold on and they will test the number and then cuts the call. Call 3: Not-so-helpful lady cant see who helped me on call no 2 so transfers me to ACCOUNTS!!!
Relatively helpful guy there, tries to find out who took call no 2, finds the lady and then puts me through. Seemingly helpful lady (with a sudden bout of amnesia) says she has no idea what I'm talking about. Says very helpful guy no 1 logged the call and will take 24 hours to fix and that nothing was logged from the branch. I ask to speak to a supervisor - get cut off!
My issue is:
a. branch staff are untrained
b. keep getting cut off (staff or systems?)
c. unable to contact management level staff including supervisors
d. no statements for 6 months (they don't know why)
e. general attitude - customers are doing them a favour
We PAY for this???
