Paying accounts before deadline mean nothing

The last 4 months in a row my company has paid my cellphone before month end and i email them proof of payment and they soft lock my phone and it takes me another hour on the phone and then they unlock me and apologise profusely... i give up... and think i should rather close my account after more than 10 years
