Unable to incorrectly migrated package

I was called on 22/03/2013 by a person from Vodacom telling me that I was overspending on my current talk 240, and he offered me a new package, where I would receive 400 minutes and 400 MB data. I agreed to this as this would save me money. I was told that this would commence on 01/04/2013. I did receive an SMS indicating that I would be migrated to a Smart M package (I assumed this was the 400 minute package.

On 02/04/2013 I checked my remaining minutes and found that I had less than 120 Min left. I called the service department and was told that I was migrated to a package with 120 minutes. I asked them to correct this and was told that this could only be done from the following month. I said that it was their error and wanted it corrected immediately.
The service agent said he could not do this:
Logged service request S3-TMA30-OHYUJ and I would be contacted within 24 hours.
I called again on 09/04/2013, and once again was told someone would contact me.
Received call on 11/04/2013, and was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. Didn't happen.
Called again on 24/04/2013, logged service request S3-TNW3W-W8LLQ. Still no response.
Still on Smart M
