I specifically went to the Vodacom Boulevard to have my two unused contracted lines 0725469498 and 0725481550 cancelled out with immediate effect. I was given a fee which I subsequently paid and I specifically asked the consultant that will there be any more deductions which he answered NO! Strangely I have been debited again with my normal monthly debit order which they explain that this will be the last premiums/payments. Why was I charged a full months subscription fee on both lines on a contract that was cancelled/paid up on the 02/11/2013, surely there should be a pro-rata fee refunded to me since I had hardly never ever used these lines since contract inception? Why was I told the settlement fee and yet going to deduct again, surely this should have been added on as I am paying up the contract?
