Bad internet connection

Since November '12 the internet service is mostly offline, I've been phoning the head office a few times a week to report that I don't have any internet. Everyday the internet is unavailable until 10:00 - 11:00 and then it will go off again anytime from 16:30. I have been inquiring what the problem is since November '12 and when Screamer plans on fixing it, still to receive an answer. Every time that I report that there's no internet, I am assured that it will be fixed and that Screamer will get back to me with regards to what's going on, I am still waiting. I find it unacceptable that the manager at the call center named Victor is yet to get back to me since December 2012. I've explained to the call center a number of times that I work for a company in Johannesburg and live in Lephalale, I'm dependent on my internet connection to do my work everyday, and if it continues like this I am afraid that I might loose my job, therefor I really need an answer as to when the internet will be fixed and why it's taking this long to fix?
I don't understand how an internet service providing company doesn't find it a priority to provide internet service to their clients.
