How is it even legal?

How is it even legal to advertise yourself as an internet service provider when I can BARELY get enough internet connection to finish typing this message. I already had to connect twice during this time!!! Putting us on "EDGE" - what is that supposed to mean?? Why don't vodacom just rather replace the word "EDGE" by "NO INTERNET". I am a trader and can barely see the results of a trade as a result of your pathetic service.
Please do not continue calling yourself a service provider when all that you provide is EDGE

IN THE MEANWHILE we are paying internet connection rates AS IF WE HAVE RELIABLE INTERNET - no discount of course. Even worse than Cell C
