Issue resolved within time frame

I recently took a fairly new device to MTN Pavilion, which they had subsequently booked in for an assessment. At the time I was quite upset, as I had to book in a device which I had bought just a month before. However, I would just like to note that my issue was since resolved, (on time), and my device was replaced. Thanks MTN for proving me wrong, I honestly expected my complaint to get really messy. Thanks once more.
