Pathetic service regarding FNB Smart devices

I placed an order for the new Samsung Galaxy S4 about 6 weeks ago. I was then contacted and was told that they were waiting for stock and received my device -2 weeks later. The device was faulty and I called them about the issue the Monday and they picked up the device the same week on the Friday. After receiving no feedback from FNB I tried calling them to cancel the device as I was not interested in their poor service anymore, it cost me more than R100's worth of airtime on that phone call alone just to try and cancel that and was then told it was cancelled but kept receiving sms's about the device being ready to dispatch. I logged a complaint on the FNB site so that I can cancel the device. An agent then called me and "cancelled" the device and assured me the issue has been resolved. A week later (today 04/06/2013) I receive sms's saying we want to deliver the device and still the order has not been cancelled and now they will be delivering the device. Every time I have to contact FNB or Enginuity at my own expense as they ring my phone ONCE and then sms and say they tried calling me. I must have spent R200 airtime just to try and cancel and STILL it is not resolved! PATHETIC!
