Unhappy with the BlackBerry Z10

Goodday,

I'm currently within the 7th month of my MTN subscriber contract and already I have had 1 BlackBerry Z10 replaced due to the device being highly defective.

Given that this is now my 2nd device and I'm still within the 6 months cooling off period in terms of the warranty as per the CPA, I would like to state that I am receiving no joy with the device and I think it's unfair that I have to each month pay for a mobile phone that most of the time has many issues.

How can I: 1. cancel the contract? or 2. have the phone replaced with another, and this time anything but a BlackBerry?

Some assistance would be highly appreciated.

PS. The last time I sent my device in I waited for more than 4 weeks, this time I refuse to wait for the device and I'd opt for immediate replacement or contract cancellation.
