I got a device from FNB, however the incorrect one was delivered. When I ordered the correct device I asked the agent if I would be billed again for the delivery of the device and she said no. I guess she or just doesn't know how to do her job, because I was billed once again! As if that's not bad enough, the incorrect amount for the device was debited from my account. This is all proving to be a time-consuming exercise. Not only does FNB not train employees well, they also do not reply to complaints in the time that they say they would. How can we you!!?
