NO ANSWER FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR AT CALL CENTRE!!

I missed my monthly installment and had my account restricted. As soon as I realised that my installment was overdue I went and paid the monthly installment at MTN Golden Acre, Cape Town.

After making the payment I attempted to call the MTN call centre to request to have the restriction removed. I have made 5 calls to the call centre in total so far and have not been able to get through to anyone. Each time I have been on hold for at least half an hour and once I held on for MORE THAN AN HOUR!

I find it absolutely disgusting that a major TELECOMMUNICATIONS service provider CANNOT ANSWER A PHONE CALL within an acceptable time!

I am on hold again at this very moment trying to speak to someone at MTNs call centre...

Can I please have some sort of assistance from ANYONE at MTN???

I'm expecting the standard response from any MTN representative on Hello Peter with something along the lines of "..I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes... bla bla bla"

MTN please prove me wrong and show that you actually give about your customers.
