This is the second time i'm dealing with a Standard Bank call centre agents and i receive such bad service! last i complained i was not assisted. the lady said she will investigate and get back to me but never did! Just now i received a call from Casandra (who by the way refused to give me her surname) to say i'm behind with my installment, i then confirm and then she wants the money paid today or tomorrow. i then explain to her that i tried calling the call centre yesterday to make arrangements but it was already closed. i further explain to her that the reason i called yesterday was to request a reduction in my installment as i'm not in the same financial state as i was in when i took out the loan then she say she can't assist me when i get paid monthly only people who get paid weekly can have their installments reduced. And according to her team manager Mzi Twala if i'm still earning the same salary as i have been earning when i took out the loan then my installment can't be reduced! OK I'm confused!!! Everyday We are bombarded by info that if your financial state has changed in some way or other then it's important to call your creditors and see how they can help you??
