I DID 2 SIM SWAPS ON MONDAY, 02 DECEMBER 2013 AT THE PAARL BRANCH. ONE OF WHICH WAS FOR MY 3g CONTRACT AND A HANDSET UPGRADE TO iPHONE 5 S AND SIM SWAP FROM NORMAL TO MICRO THE SIM SWOP WAS PROMISED TO BE DONE BY YESTERDAY MORNING AS I SPENT MOST OF MY TIME IN THE SHOP AND PAID MY VODACOM ACCOUNT AT THE PAARL BRANCH IN THE MALL. I HAVEN'T EVEN MADE USE OF MY PHONE AS IT WAS NOT WORKING, THANK GOODNESS FOR WHAT'S APP AND MSG SERVICE!!! I RECEIVED A CALL LAST NIGHT JUST AFTER 10 PM AND AS I WAS TALKING MESSAGES CAME THROUGH AND I HELD THE CALL TO SEE WHAT ALL THIS MESSAGES WAS ALL ABOUT COMING IN ONE AFTER THE OTHER. "50% CALL LIMIT REACHED.. 10 SEC AFTER 75% REACHED AND 5 SECONDS LATER... 90% CALL LIMIT AND NOT EVEN ANOTHER 5 SECONDS LATER..CALL LIMIT REACHED WHERE AS MY VODACOM ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED!!! I WASN'T EVEN MAKING A CALL!!! NUMEROUS TIMES PHONED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM BETWEEN 10:45 TILL AFTER 12PM. I LIVE ON A SECLUDED FARM WITH HARDLY ANY RECEPTION AND EXPLAINED THAT I'M FEMALE LIVING ON MY OWN. THE DATA DEPARTMENT LEFT BEFORE 12 WHICH SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN, PROMISED LINE WILL BE ON BY 6AM THIS MORNING!!! THIS HAS COST ME 2 DAYS OF WORK AND APPOINTMENTS AND STILL NO PHONE!!!
