My contract is up on the 24th September and have been trying to get hold of the cancellation department.
On Friday I was on hold for half an hour and could not wait any longer. Then today I was on hold 20 mins only to be told to call back as the systems were down. I asked the lady to call me back, and kindly she did, unfortunately I was busy at the time and could not take the call. Ive tried numerous times to get hold of someone, waiting on hold for a hour only to be cut off, then half an hour and cut off, and then half an hour again. I find this service absolutely disgusting and totally unacceptable. Please get someone to contact me.
