REQ:2531344 I have been to resolve this ticket since June! Even from Dubai, I am spending the time and money trying to sort it out. Every time I speak to an MTN representative I am told someone will "get back to me". No one ever does. Before I left I was waiting for regional manager by the name of Brian to contact me. I have been trying to get his contact details but no one seems to have that information.

Suddenly I get an email from a branch manager telling me that I qualify for an upgrade. Why is it that suddenly your company is able to contact me, after ignoring me? I phoned the branch manager (veronica lottering) and again tried to explain the situation. I was extremely angry at being passed off onto floor staff, who told me I must come into the store. I work in Dubai...

I have emailed the situation to Veronica and I am tired of being ignored and paying for a handset that is in your companys possession. At this stage, I can only be reached by email, because it's OK for me to ohone overseas but I suppose MTN staff are incapable of doing so, despite giving all my contact details
