No service, nod feedback, tons of attitude!

I came into your store on 2/10/2013 to request a pair of Asics Gel Kayanos form another branch as you Woodmead branch did not have stock of my size. I was told that I would be contacted after a week.

I also requested feedback on the new Asics Gel Kayano 20.

I went in on 20/10/2013 to enquire about the shoes and was greeted by an extremely rude sales lady who claimed that I did not give her my details and hence I was not contacted. I apparently 'left her hanging'

I was appalled with the manner in which she spoke to me. The fact that I received an sms and that my details were on the system are proof that she did not bother to contact me and that I did not 'leave her hanging'

The assistant manager tried to smooth over the situation and promised me that I would receive a call the next day.

It's now 26 days since I first went to the store and I am yet to have feedback on the Kayano 19s or 20s.

Kindly explain to me why I should bother spending R1800 in your store when I get shocking and attitude from your staff service???
