Spending money to get money...! NIGHTMARE

I went into their Butterworth branch to apply for a loan, was told I qualify or the amount I want on 4 july 2013. I was then told by the consultant (Nasiphi Skenjana) that my company is new and that they would call and confirm the company details and then they would call and with feedback. When I didn't receive feedback I called their 086 number where a gentleman told me to go instore with a letter from the company confirming that I work for them and then they would create a sub-group. (5/07). On the 8th I went to the Branch with the details they needed and I was told that they had sent them and that someone from head Office would call. Today 10-07-2013 I decided to call the 086 number again. Only to be to be told by the call center agent (Mlungisi) that he will forward my details to his manager and that I should call the branch for more information. I decided to go inside the Branch and I was told stories yet again. I am very disappointed with the service because I still have not gotten the loan and no one has bothered to contact me instead I am the one going back and forth. I am told now that they need a bank statement and salary breakdown! Which had been provided 1st day!!
