Poor service

I order meat from the butchery manager for a work function 3 days in advance. Left all my contact details that if there is any problems he can contact me. When I went to collect the butchery manager was not there and the staff did not know about my order - the paper with all my details and order was just lying on the counter where he left is since Wednesday - the butchery staff could not help with the order on sort notice and said I can try to come back on Monday to see the manager. I had to run around at 17:00 on a Friday afternoon and try to find a suitable replacement as the function was 18:30 that evening.
