Still no Feedback from MTN!

I have to sadly say that I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way MTN handles customer service. Its sad to see that MTN try and hide behind remarks such as ' we apologize for any inconveniences cause' and ' it is not our intention to displease you' and then give the customer false hope by saying ' this matter has been marked for urgent attention with Management'... if this was truly the case then why I am strongly under the impression that absolutely nothing has been done? I left a message with Papamang from the HVRC Call Centre LAST WEEK asking him to please get the manager to contact me urgently. As expected, no manager called. I was told last week by Veronica that I would get a call with feedback on a way forward, and as expected... NOBODY HAS CALLED.I was told that my handset has been repaired and is waiting to be dispatched, this entire process which was marked as 'PRIORITY' has taken over 2 weeks! and I am still told that it may take another 48 hours for the handset to be delivered back to the store. I was told that the handset has been checked to ensure its working properly... WHY WAS THIS NOT DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE?
I urgently need to speak to a Manager!
