False Accusations!!!

One of your consultants called me this morning with regards to a bank account overseas where apparently I owe R142 823!!! First of all the consultant never told me where overseas, second of all didn't even have the date of birth of the person!! He then asks me if I have ever been overseas to which I say yes, but never in my life have I had an overseas account!!! You have completely freaked me out and put me into absolute shock!! I am pregnant and in a fragile state!!! In future I suggest you have the correct information!!! I want to know where you got my number from as this was completely wrong of you to call me with all the above and put me in complete shock and horror with this information!! Surely you should in future have the correct information! I expect a email back from a manager or I will take this further!!!

Now I get a call from a manager after lodging an email on there website... The manager Nolene tells me it's a Bank Account with Gulf Bank in Dubai!!! I have never even been to Dubai!! How on earth can you just go and call any Natasha van Eeden without any further information claiming they owe a bank aR142 823.00!!! I am pregnant and this stress is not good!!
