Legal threats, but no details given

I was recently contacted by KRB, and told that one of the properties in our group owed money to the City of Jhb. I was also told that services were possibly about to be disconnected, and/or that a letter of demand was being sent. the KRB staff member couldn't quite explain which it was. When I asked for contact details, I was repeatedly given wrong information. When I tried to give my contact details, the KRB staff member was incapable of taking them down correctly. I finally asked for an email address, planning to send a mail with my contact details, so that the person could reply with the relevant payment details. I sent the mail, but received no response. Deciding to call KRB's offices, I was told that they couldn't help me, and the person i was dealing with refused to transfer me to someone who could help me. I am hoping that perhaps someone might respond to this post on HelloPeter and send me the relevant details so that I can look into the matter and discuss a possible payment with the MD of the relevant company. I have also sent several mails to various KRB email addresses, hoping that sanity might prevail.
