Calls Dropping Constantly, Network Failures

My wife and I changed from MTN to Cell C at the beginning of the year because they were offering what appeared to be the best value for money deal on the phones we were looking for. I hadn't realised at the time that the reason why you got so much data and airtime included is because it is completely unusable!

According to Cell C's coverage map I should have full HSPA coverage at my house, but I am lucky if I ever even get 1 bar of signal. Often I am forced onto Vodacom roaming, or simply left with no service whatsoever.

I can think of only a handful of calls that have either gotten through to me, or gotten out from me on the first attempt, and even less that have lasted more than a minute without dropping. I think I have used 99% of my airtime on the phrase "Hello? Hello? Can you hear me??? ", which doesn't come across as very professional when dealing with clients.

The problem extends further than just my home, to my office in Sunninghill, and the numerous sites I visit every week in Wadeville, Germiston, Witbank, and other areas of Johannesburg.

I will NEVER IN MY LIFE recommend Cell C to anyone ever again. It may seem they give good deals, but they are just ripping us off.
